Ego Reflection (ER) is a feminist non-partisan community-based organization that was founded by Mediatrix Musungu an educationist and counselor psychologist, in 2018 and formally registered by Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in 2021 to increase the community’s understanding of mental health and wellbeing and influence positive change to address human rights violations, stigma and discrimination associated with mental health and wellness. Geographically, ER’s work focuses on the Western Kenya Region covering areas in Kisumu County and Western Kenya and its environs.
